QuadStick Config Manager makes profile editing safer and screen-reader friendly

QuadStick Config Manager is a free tool for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It edits and installs profiles for the mouth-operated QuadStick controller, with full keyboard operation and screen-reader labels listed by the developer.
QuadStick profiles are usually edited as spreadsheets. The new application can instead present actions as a list or on a diagram of the controller. It knows valid inputs, functions, and outputs, explains errors in plain language, and blocks installation of profiles that the controller would misread.
Before replacing a profile, the application creates a backup, writes a temporary file, and reads it back. Changing the default profile requires an extra confirmation. It can also import shared Google Sheets profiles, manage files on a connected QuadStick, and work offline apart from online features such as imports and Google Drive backups.
The developer and Mac App Store description list large buttons, keyboard shortcuts, and screen-reader labels throughout the application. We have not found an independent screen-reader test, and Apple’s accessibility section currently shows no declared features. The GitHub build is also unsigned on Windows and not notarized by Apple, so the zip downloads may produce security warnings on first launch.
